Owners and friends at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences have spearheaded a campaign to support the people of the area where they vacation.

Hacienda Encantada, located in Los Cabos on the Baja Peninsula in Western Mexico, offers a unique vacation experience overlooking the Cabo San Lucas Bay. Travelers have the opportunity to stay as guests or return often as owners.

Some of the owners have begun collecting donations from guests to support those in need in the Los Cabos area.

Spearheaded by Colleen Summerville, Faye Lemon and Terra Leight, with help from the Members department at Hacienda Encantada, the initiative has drawn support from owners, friends and guests. A Facebook page has helped spread the news, with the purpose of giving back to the community where so many spend their holidays.

There are several organizations targeted for support to date:

● Los Cabos Mission For Christ
● Feeding Los Cabos
● Casa del Abuelo
● Comedor de Linda
● And more.

This initiative was carried out twice a year in the past, in the months of February and October. The intention is to make this a regular drive by collecting donations throughout the year.

Los Cabos is among the top vacation destinations in Mexico, and its popularity continues to increase. Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences is one of four vacation properties owned by Mexico Grand Hotels in the area.
