Los Cabos hotels Marina Fiesta and the Residences at Hacienda Encantada have been recognized again by Resorts Condominiums International (RCI).

These Mexico Grand Hotels properties are located in the popular resort destination of Los Cabos, on Baja Peninsula in Western Mexico. RCI, the world’s largest vacation exchange network, has once again identified and honored these resorts as part of their RCI® Award Designations.

The RCI Designations recognize the affiliated resorts that have “demonstrated an ongoing commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, and which have met or exceeded certain standards.”

Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa, located on the Cabo San Lucas Marina, received the Gold Crown plaque and Excellence In Service. This designates resorts that have met or exceeded specific standards in the areas of housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality and check-in/check-out procedures, and an evaluation of resort facilities, amenities and services.

The following individuals at Marina Fiesta received Diamond Accolades certificates of excellence:

3. Jose Luis Zamora Mayo (Night Manager)

The Residences at Hacienda Encantada received the top honors from RCI, as well as three individuals being named the top 3 salespeople.

This isn’t the first award for these hotels and the other Mexico Grand Hotels properties. Mexico Grand Hotels has provided over 30 years of vacation luxury and exceptional service to its clients, with four properties on the Baja Peninsula of Mexico. RCI and others have recognized these resorts before, acknowledging the luxurious accommodations, exceptional service and comfortable, safe atmosphere for travelers that has stood the test of time.
