Marina Fiesta Resort and the Residences at Hacienda Encantada were highlighted as winners by the RCI Gold Crown Awards.

The Marina Fiesta Resort received the Gold Crown Recognition and Excellence in Service.

RCI (Resorts Condominiums International) has three Award Designations that recognize affiliated resorts which demonstrate an ongoing commitment to quality and guest satisfaction, and which have met or exceeded certain standards.

The Gold Crown Resort® Award is the highest of the three RCI Award Designations, and highlights those resorts that meet or exceed specific standards in the areas of housekeeping, maintenance, hospitality and check-in/check-out procedures, as well an evaluation of resort facilities, amenities and services. As well, RCI provided delivery of Diamond Acknowledgments to the operations people of Marina Fiesta and the Hacienda Encantada Residences who stood out during the year thanks to their commitment.

Marina Fiesta’s Rooms Division, Maintenance, and Reception received Diamond Acknowledgement. The Call Center and Butler Services at The Residences At Hacienda Encantada also received Diamond Acknowledgement.
