We are thrilled to bring to you these amazing news: we have been honored with the "Inspector's Best of Housekeeping" recognition at two of our beautiful Cabo properties: Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa and Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences, for having one of the best housekeeping and accommodation services! This recognition is granted by the American Automobile Association (AAA) to those establishments with high quality standards in services, which are evaluated by expert inspectors in the field and members of the association.
Every year, the AAA (American Automobile Association) honors resorts that offer outstanding housekeeping and accommodation services. The AAA is one of the world’s largest travel organizations, “Members trust AAA to steer them right when it comes to travel information they can depend on to guide their travel planning and buying decisions”. Currently, AAA is the only entity that employs a full-time professionally trained inspector staff to evaluate properties on an ongoing basis. AAA also rates more hotels, restaurants and attractions than any other professional rating system, more than 77,000 and counting. So we are so happy and honored to be part of that 25% of the Top Hotels that are given this important distinction.
This is the first year Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences wins the recognition and for Marina Fiesta Resort & Spa it’s a second in a row! This important recognition is the result of the effort and dedication that each housekeeper's department demonstrates with its excellent service attitude.
The work of both teams is not only reflected in the cleanliness and good conditions of each room, but also can be seen in the attention to detail and in that extra that is always present regarding the attention to the guest. Although the team's work is "behind the scenes" it is the peculiar way that each member of the team finds in making that difference and putting that special touch that so characterizes both resorts, that touch that can make the difference in the entire vacation experience of the guest.
